Scale factor, %, From/To (vertical/horizontal) - defines how the images are scaled.
Anchor point - the point relative to which the scaling is applied. You can specify either absolute coordinates or a point relative to all animated images. In the latter case the point is calculated from the bounding box of all animated images.
