Automatic chapters creation

In the Scenes creation window click the button - the generate chapters window will appear:

Number of chapters - the number of chapters (scenes) you need.

From...To - the time interval within which the chapters will be placed (this lets you exclude, for example, the opening titles and the end credits).

Method:

• Without scanning - uses the nearest keyframe.
• Minimum keyframe - chapters are placed at the scenes containing the least information.
• Maximum difference between keyframes - chapters are placed at the scenes where the picture changes the fastest.
• Black screens only - scans the entire movie looking for keyframes that are completely black.
• Start of each movie [playlists only] - chapters are placed at the start of each movie of the playlist.
• Import from movies [playlists only] - chapters are imported from each movie of the playlist.

Scan distance, % - the offset from the midpoint, in percent, that is allowed when searching for a suitable position for a chapter.

Include in chapters menu - includes the chapters in the menu generation process.

Add chapter at the end - adds a chapter at the last keyframe.
