If you get an error message about an incorrect frame rate, open the corresponding INF file in Notepad (Movie.264.inf for Movie.264) and make sure that it contains the correct frame rate:

Correct it if the value is empty or missing.

Notes

  1. Muxing with tsMuxeR is limited: it supports neither slideshows nor the EDL template in PIP.
  2. To use 3D you need DVDFab Virtual Drive: create a miniISO from the output folder and then create a disc image from it.
  3. To use TrueHD with tsMuxeR, you have to combine the mlp with the ac3 using "eac3to.exe filename.mlp filename.thd+ac3 -keepdialnorm", then rename filename.thd+ac3 to filename.mlp.
